Our new equipment comes with a one-year warranty. If any issues arise during use and the problem is due to specific parts, we’ll provide replacement components. If replacement parts don’t resolve the issue, our skilled technical team will conduct an online analysis; if the problem persists, we’ll supply a new hydraulic pump or motor as needed.
To minimize any potential downtime, we recommend ordering an extra unit or two when purchasing in bulk. This way, if any issues occur, you’ll have a backup product on hand, ensuring uninterrupted production while we arrange a replacement.
The test bench also includes a one-year warranty. If any parts fail within the warranty period, we’ll send replacement parts free of charge. After the warranty period, we continue to offer parts support, with a nominal fee based on the part's cost.
Before shipping, we invite clients to our facility for on-site acceptance testing, providing a valuable opportunity for hands-on training and guidance.
